1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our applications (including HeyItsDue), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of our service, such as HeyItsDue Premium, are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payment processing is handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).

• Free Trials: We may offer a free trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to the limited free tier unless you purchase a subscription.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and app lock PIN that you use to access the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the applications to store illegal or unauthorized content. CtrlAltTab is not responsible for the content you store in the digital vault.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CtrlAltTab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
