Purpose of HeyItsDue

HeyItsDue is a personal reminder and organization app for bills, expiry dates, vault items, receipts, documents and optional device or Google Calendar events. The app is designed to help you stay ahead, but it does not replace official bank, biller, government, insurance or calendar systems.

User responsibility

• You are responsible for entering accurate due dates, amounts and expiry information.
• You should verify important payment, renewal and meeting information with the original provider.
• Notifications may be affected by phone settings, battery optimization, internet availability, time-zone changes and operating system restrictions.
• Calendar events are read only after permission is granted; hiding a meeting in HeyItsDue does not delete it from your real calendar.

Subscriptions and free usage

Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited bill and vault tracking and remove in-app ads. The free plan may include limits and ads after the free trial. Subscription price, free-trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation and refund options are handled by the applicable app store.

Account and data actions

Deleting your account is permanent and may remove your profile, bills, vault items, cloud images and related cloud data. Some actions may require recent sign-in due to Firebase security requirements.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as HeyItsDue grows. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the latest terms shown in the app or hosted terms page.
